Notifications: Now With Feelings
Tired of your phone buzzing every time someone posts a GIF in your campaign-wide chat? Or missing important @mentions because you muted the whole campaign in a fit of rage? We fixed that. You now have per-channel control of notifications from Reach Chat!
Tap any channel header to choose your notification vibe: hear about every message, only get pinged when someone actually needs you, or go full ghost mode. Your phone, your rules.
For Users
New
- You now have per-channel control of notifications from Reach chat! Tap the channel header to pick a notification mode for the channel. Any channel can be set to notify you of all messages, only messages in which you are @ mentioned, or be entirely muted so you don’t get any notifications from it. Note that you can still adjust chat notifications at the campaign level and these will override any per-channel settings you have put in place.

- Our list of event types for filtering the events via the Mobilize Integration has been updated to include all the latest and greatest types from Mobilize.
Fixed
- Prefer to prep your content for Reach Action Cards in a google doc and want to just paste that content into Reach? This will now work better with less crashing and unexpected formatting.
