27.0.0

Released July 8, 2026 over the air.

Voter Registration Pipelines are no longer just for Reach Adds. We’ve added Address Change Pipelines so users can help a voter update their address with the Secretary of State, and they’ll be notified when the address is updated on the voter’s registration. These new pipelines work similarly to the Voter Registration Pipelines and when this new feature is enabled for a campaign, it replaces other means of changing a voter’s address.

For Users

New

  • Address Change Pipelines If you are using Reach to canvass a voter and you discover their registered address is out of date, you can now help them update their address and track your progress in Reach just as if it were a brand new registration, all without making a Reach Add! Just scroll right on a voter’s Person Screen to find the Voter Registration tab, tap the pencil to edit their address on the Location tab, or tap on the three white dots and choose “Change Registered Address”. This will launch you into a familiar process where you can collect their new address and track your progress helping them submit an official form to update their registered address. When the new address is reflected in a future voter file update, you’ll get notified it was successfully processed.

Fixed

  • Filtering on the Contact Import Results Screen was leading to freezing and crashing. This is now fixed.

For Admins

New

  • You’ll find a new switch in the Voter Registration Pipelines section of the Campaign Settings Admin screen to toggle Address Change Pipelines on or off.
  • Please note that pipelines are not available with a Reach Basics subscription.
