Sometimes, you just don’t want your chat messaging sticking around. Now, Reach Chat offers disappearing messages! This setting is enabled campaign-wide by admins and applies to all chats on your campaign. Once messages have disappeared, they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Poof!
For Users
New
- Disappearing Chat Messages. When your campaign admins have enabled disappearing messages, you’ll see an indicator about this in the header of each chat channel and on the Channel Details screen. You’ll also see an indicator on all messages that are scheduled to disappear when you hover on the timer icon on web or long press the message on native.

- We new support the Online Voter Registration form in Maine.
For Admins

- New controls on the Campaign Settings Admin Screen for enabling Disappearing Messages with various durations. This setting will apply to all chats on your campaign, including DMs.
