27.10.0
Released Oct 1, 2026 over the air.
For years, campaigns have asked us how they can provide accurate up-to-date information to their users about each voter’s polling location, early voting information, absentee ballot deadlines, and more. With this data changing constantly, it was never possible until now. We have partnered with the DNC and integrated with their IWillVote.com service to bring the most accurate and complete election and voter education information right onto the Reach Person Screen.
For Users
New
- Election Information Tab This new tab displays as much data as possible from IWV for the voter you’re looking at. The data on the new tab is interactive where appropriate and shows live real-time indicators of which EV/polling/ballot drop-off locations are open now and when closed locations will next open. You can tap addresses to open them in maps and tap phone numbers to call them, etc. It also allows you to tap a send button next to each section header to launch a Contact Action (message or email) to the voter with information from that IWV category. Learn more here.
Improved
- When you’re sending texts or making phone calls to voters, Reach will now include the country code in the phone number. This will ensure that users working on devised set up with a non-US number will be able to properly text and call US numbers from Reach.
For Admins
New
- I Will Vote Election Information Admins can now toggle the IWillVote.com integration from the Campaign Settings Screen or the Integrations Screen. When the feature is enabled, you can use Election Information template tags in your Contact Scripts and make Contact Scripts with the “special purpose” of functioning as the replacement for the default scripts which are used when users tap the Send button next to an Election Information section. Learn more here.
Improved
- We’ve made it much easier to navigate the ever-expanding list of features on the Campaign Setting screen. You’ll now find a Navigation sidebar on the right side of the screen
Fixed
- You can no longer use manual tags as a filter criteria when creating offline data sets.
- If an Admin or Owner cannot invite users to their campaign due to Campaign Settings, the Invite Users/Admins button will now be disabled with a hover tooltip explaining why.
